Library Services
Loan periods are two weeks for printed and audio materials with a fine of five cents per day. Videos circulate for seven days (three days for new releases), with a fifty cent late fee per day. Use the catalog to see what items the library has available.
Besides loaning out books and other materials, the Galion Public Library provides a range of other services to our patrons and our community — computers and internet, interlibrary loan, Books on Wheels, and more. Here are just a few of the services we offer.

The library subscribes to a number of useful information resources. Our patrons may access these resources from within the library (using the internet computers) or from home, via the internet (using your library card number for access).
Voter Registration:
Did you know that you can register to vote at the library? We've got the forms here, and we'll even send them in for you. Ask at the main desk about voter registration.
Copies & Faxes
Yes, we have a photocopier and a facsimile machine available. Pricing for these is as follows:

Community Room:
The Community Room is available for non-profit community groups to use for group meetings. Due to scheduling concerns, the room must be booked in advance. If your group would like to book the Community Room for a meeting or event, call the library at 419-468-3203.
